Your Beauty Treats
Juice Beauty Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream – Full Size £26.88 (US$38.00)
Reduce the appearance of dark circles and discolouration with this brightening eye cream that contains a potent blend of peptides, DMAE, CoQ10 and black tea. The vitamin rich formula hydrates and moisturises for optimum age defying results. I love this potent eye potion – It melts into your skin, refreshing and reviving tired eyes, evening out pigmentation and plumping fine lines and wrinkles to make you look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, even if you don’t quite feel it!
LippyGirl Extra Virgin Lip Gloss – Full Size £7.78 (US$11.00)
This Extra Virgin Lip Gloss is as pure as it gets. Made with nourishing organic oils and waxes to moisturise and hydrate, this gloss leaves your lips looking and feeling great all year round! This handy Lip Gloss is rich and nourishing without being heavy or greasy on the lips. It’s clear so can be worn alone or over a lipstick or lip stain to add moisture and shine. I am a self-confessed Lip Balm Addict so really love this super rich, nourishing lip gloss from US brand Lippy Girl!
Deco Miami Nail Laquer in Cafe con Leche – Full Size £6.72 (US$9.50)
Deco Miami is a new South Beach based nail lacquer line that strives to put a little slice of Miami in every bottle of nail polish they make. Deco’s highly pigmented formula is 8-free, vegan and cruelty-free too making sure that you don’t have to compromise on quality to maintain your ethical standards and principles! It’s often hard to find 100% vegan and cruelty-free nail products so this brand offers a refreshing change from the ‘norm’ providing not only bold colour and a high quality finish, but also formula that is truly vegan and free from harsh and harmful chemicals too. The colour I received – Cafe con Leche – is a subtle coffee tinted shade with a quick drying, super shiny finish and it’s dense, pigment rich colour gives you the perfect excuse to skip the nail salon and give yourself a professional looking, chip resistant manicure at home instead!
Modern Minerals Infused Eyeshadow Spheres in Shade Rose Quartz – Full Size £11.32 (US$16.00)
This new collection of eyeshadow spheres is specially formulated with a beautiful list of natural ingredients! Infused with rose petals, honeysuckle and vitamin E extract, it is perfect for a day or evening look. The shade I received – Rose Quartz – is a soft nude-pink that flatters most skin tones. It’s vitamin enriched formula goes on smoothly and gives a pretty shimmery finish that lasts for hours! A very pretty colour that is ideal for the upcoming summer sunshine and can be used for highlighting and strobing too! I loved using this soft, shimmery shade and will definitely be using it along side my regular nude palettes as it really enhances and brightens the eye area.
I know that many people feel that when making the choice to buy ethical beauty products, they lose out on product quality and the amount of choice you have is often limited but the LaRitzy Box proves that this just isn’t true! Every month they bring you a range of ethical, cruelty-free, vegan cosmetics from some amazing brands to liven up your bathroom shelf and make up bag without worrying about what’s inside them or how they’ve been created. This month’s Spring Edit has four full sized products and gives you an even mix of skin care and make-up. Make-up wise, they’ve included shades that will flatter any skin tone and I absolutely love the cutely packaged Deco Miami Nail Lacquer and it’s coffee-tinted colour! The nourishing eyeshadow from Modern Minerals is the perfect nude-pink shimmer that is ideal for highlighting and makes achieving that much coveted ‘no make-up’ make-up look quick and easy. As a Lip Balm Addict I was happy to see the LippyGirl Extra Virgin Lip Gloss as it’s a combination Gloss/Balm that gives you the best of both products without being sticky or heavy on the lips, and the Juice Beauty Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream is another welcome addition to my beauty routine as it’s packed with peptides to help banish my bags and dark circles, helping to get my skin summer ready in seconds! This months box is a fabulous example of why I love the LaRitzy Box and although it is slightly more expensive than other similar beauty boxes on the market, it’s coming straight from America so is always introducing me to amazing new brands which makes getting my monthly LaRitzy fix an absolute beauty essential!
My Beauty Favourite
I always love using every product that’s included in my monthly LaRitzy Box but this month my Beauty Favourite is the Juice Beauty Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream. I love how it’s naturally active formula instantly brightens and firms my eye area and evens out my stubborn dark circles, leaving my eyes looking and feeling refreshed! It’s basically a good night’s sleep in a bottle which is something I think most of us need after a long, cold winter!
